Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once equipment is picked up or handed over to the carrier.
6. Inspection & Acceptance

- Any claims regarding missing parts, incorrect equipment, or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the equipment as-is.
7. Warranty & “As-Is” Sales

- Pre-owned and refurbished equipment is sold “AS-IS,” “WHERE-IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
- PSP does not provide implied warranties of merchantability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Any third-party warranties (e.g., manufacturer warranties on new products) may apply where available.
Certain equipment may include an optional PSP warranty—details will be specified in writing.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of industrial equipment, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds may only be considered when:
- PSP shipped the incorrect equipment
- Equipment condition is materially inconsistent with the written description
- PSP approves the return in writing
Approved returns may be subject to restocking and freight charges.
